Privacy Notice
Version 1.0 | 22 October 2026
This Notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit postglow.net, submit its contact form or make optional marketing choices.
Who is responsible for your data
PostGlow is operated by INTERFLY SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, a Polish limited liability company, with its registered office at ul. Konduktorska 18/7, 00-775 Warsaw, Poland; KRS 0000450622; NIP 6521723098; REGON 243183191. INTERFLY is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy and your rights at support@postglow.net or at our registered address.
Information you provide
When you submit the website form, we collect your email address, your name if supplied, your selected interests if supplied, your page language and the time of your submission. We keep these details in our database to manage your request and your relationship with PostGlow. Please do not enter information about a greeting recipient, payment details or sensitive personal information in this form.
We process requests to take steps at your request before entering a contract where this applies, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general enquiries, our basis is our legitimate interest in handling communications under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not treat a request as consent to marketing.
Optional email marketing
You may separately choose to receive PostGlow product news, greeting ideas and occasional offers by email. We record your email address and your consent choices, including the time, source, language and version of the wording shown to you. This processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and the applicable electronic marketing rules.
Submitting the main form does not require a marketing subscription. Email campaigns and automated form emails are currently not sent. An optional subscription records your preference for marketing emails when sending is enabled. You can withdraw this choice now or later by writing to support@postglow.net. Once marketing emails are sent, each will include an unsubscribe option. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Website operation and security
Website and database operation may involve technical records such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser information and security events. We use necessary records to provide the website, protect it and investigate abuse, based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We limit access to people who need it to carry out their work.
Google Analytics 4
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and website interactions. Analytics information may include browser and device information, page and event data, approximate location and cookie identifiers. The provider is Google, including Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC as applicable to the service. Our basis for optional analytics is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR together with applicable cookie rules.
You can reject analytics and continue using the website and its form. You can change your choice through Cookie settings. We do not send form values, email addresses, names or greeting-recipient information to Google Analytics. See our Cookie Policy and Google's privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Who may receive information
Authorised personnel and providers supporting hosting, database administration, technical maintenance and security may access information as needed for those functions. They must be subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection arrangements. Google receives analytics information if you consent to analytics. We may disclose information to authorities or professional advisers where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. Ask support@postglow.net for information about relevant recipients and safeguards.
International processing
Google's services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable safeguards may include an adequacy decision covering a recipient or approved Standard Contractual Clauses and any necessary supplementary measures. Where other service providers require international transfers, we must ensure an applicable transfer mechanism before making those transfers. You can request information about relevant transfers and a copy or description of applicable safeguards from support@postglow.net.
How long information is kept
We keep a contact record while it is needed to handle the request or maintain an ongoing requested relationship. We review continuing need at least annually and remove or anonymise records that are no longer needed. Marketing preferences are kept while the subscription remains relevant and consent has not been withdrawn. Following withdrawal, we keep only information necessary to demonstrate the choice or prevent unwanted contact, for as long as needed for that purpose. Security records and information needed for legal obligations or claims are retained only for the relevant operational or legal period. We apply periodic reviews and deletion rather than keeping all submissions indefinitely.
Your rights
Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and object to direct marketing at any time. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to support@postglow.net. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify your identity and normally respond within one month, subject to the extensions permitted by law.
You may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), https://uodo.gov.pl, or to the competent supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
Optional information and changes
Providing an email is necessary to submit the contact form; other form information and marketing or analytics choices are optional. We do not use the data covered by this Notice for decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing. We will update this Notice if our processing changes and show its version and date here.
